While installing from netinstall image, if I change language for next installation process, there is automatically changing keyboard layout setting. But actually changing don't apply. In keyboard test's  field there is no possible to type in other language than English. But if I choose same keyboard setting manually - everything works fine. Settings applied. 

This may be surprise for users during next installation process, when he will not be able to change keyboard layout. Or may be in new installed system, if during installation he will use only english.
