Description Per Jessen 2016-05-24 06:45:17 UTC
It's difficult to describe the problem, it really is just "Alt-Tab doesn't always work". Sometimes I have to press it twice, three times, sometimes I have to keep it pressed and wait for it to repeat.
Comment 1 Per Jessen 2016-08-05 08:31:00 UTC
With the most recent updates, problem persists. I still have to press Alt-Tab 4-5 times before the task-switcher appears.

This is automated batch bugzilla cleanup.

The openSUSE 42.1 changed to end-of-life (EOL [1]) status. As such
it is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any
further security or bug fix updates.
As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
openSUSE, or you can still observe it under openSUSE Leap 15.0, please
feel free to reopen this bug against that version (see the "Version"
component in the bug fields), or alternatively open
a new ticket.

Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed
during the lifetime of the release.

FYI, this is probably the same as bug#1094931, the reporter provided a patch to fix it (also upstream).

An update is on the way for Tumbleweed, Leap 42.3 and 15.0.

As this was reported against 42.1, I'll leave it as WONTFIX though.

Btw, I was never able to reproduce the problem here...
