Since the update to GCC6, openSUSE:Factory/ tonboy fails to build

This buildfailure is not GCC 6 related, but stems from the update to make 4.2

- Add tomboy-buildfix.patch: Fix build with make 4.2 (boo#985253,
  bgo#767813).
