On a fresh TW install ( 20160825 ) I am unable to install wine:

$ sudo zypper in wine
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...
Resolving package dependencies...

Problem: nothing provides file-magic-32bit = 5.28 needed by libmagic1-32bit-5.28-1.2.x86_64
 Solution 1: do not install wine-1.9.17-1.1.x86_64
 Solution 2: break libmagic1-32bit-5.28-1.2.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
