Description Karol Babioch 2018-03-06 06:47:15 UTC
CVE-2017-18218

In drivers/net/ethernet/hisilicon/hns/hns_enet.c in the Linux kernel before
4.13, local users can cause a denial of service (use-after-free and BUG) or
possibly have unspecified other impact by leveraging differences in skb handling
between hns_nic_net_xmit_hw and hns_nic_net_xmit.

The hisilicon driver is aarch64 specific.

SLES 12 SP3 has been fixed with https://www.suse.com/de-de/support/update/announcement/2017/suse-su-20172847-1/

The other aarch64 based products are now out of support for aarch64.
