CVE-2017-18247

The av_audio_fifo_size function in libavutil/audio_fifo.c in Libav 12.2 allows

We do not ship libav, but this might potentially also affect ffmpeg. Adding this bug for tracking purposes.

ffmpeg 928db5134478b4a410d9256a4d56cd8a7d4989b9, included in 3.3 and up.
