CVE-2022-25881

This affects versions of the package http-cache-semantics before 4.1.1. The
issue can be exploited via malicious request header values sent to a server,
when that server reads the cache policy from the request using this library.

Looks like npm18 is not affected. As for the rest, while they are affected, this is for `npm`, so for this usecase I would call this a minor defect as it's not possible to trigger it without first compromising a trusted remote server. `npm` is not listening for connections.
