Description Thomas Leroy 2022-09-19 08:16:51 UTC
rh#2127804

A security issue was discovered in kube-apiserver that allows an aggregated API server to redirect client traffic to any URL. This could lead to the
client performing unexpected actions as well as forwarding the client's API server credentials to third parties.

This has been fixed in Factory a while ago but never mentioned in the changelog. Currently, we have Kubernetes 1.30 and this was fixed in 1.25.1.

We also provide older versions of Kubernetes. kubernetes1.24 is not affected since this was fixed in 1.24.5 and we have 1.24.17. kubernetes1.25 is not affected because we have 1.25.16.

Thomas, can you close this?

Moreover, we only support the client side of k8s. We can close this
