mono-build-w32.sh fails to build a fresh MONO runtime

---- Reported by imitko@openlinksw.co.uk 2003-03-06 06:41:02 MST ---- Description of Problem: Not sure for right component ; Using the mono-build-w32.sh from web , i have tried to build a fresh mono runtime under Windows/Cygwin . So the build fails repeatably with 'libgc found but not its header files'. Looking at c:\mono\install\include , there is a gc.h files ....
