Description of Problem:
After installation Mono 0.29 with Windows-Installer is not able to find 
the mono mscorlib.dll

-Path is set to F:\prog\programmieren\mono\lib
-mscorlib.dll is in this directory
-Running 'F:\prog\programmieren\mono\bin\mono.exe Test.exe' got this 
error-message:
  The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
  It should have been installed in the `e:/mono029/lib' directory.

Are there any other environment-variables need to set?
