This i agree with, but i want to wait for 2 things.

1) We need to figure out how to properly utilize the existing monodoc UI
2) We need to figure out how the hell to display that ui inside of MD,
as having 2 seperate Help pads is no good, and neither is having a
help pad with 2 tabs (At least in my opinion).

ps - why the hell does this bugzilla not have a later resolution?

This is along the lines of monodoc improvements, duping this to track
with the other bug.
