MonoDevelop project files have no facility for specifiying custom resource IDs

Description of Problem: MonoDevelop project files have no means for specifiying an alternate ID for a resource. this is done manually with mcs as: -resource:myfile.txt,iwantthisnameinstead.txt This feature would require changing the project file format.
