Description of Problem: The monodoc index pane is missing in md, i usually 
know what i'm looking for and rather locatie it with the index instead of 
finding my way through the normal monodoc namespaced view cause i rarely 
remember in what exact name space a certain class is;

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Look at the doc pane.
2. Realize it's not there.
3.
