Description of Problem:
if you do File->Open and not select a file, monodevelop freezes


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. file->open or ctrl + o
2. just hit ok instead of selecting a file
3. 

Actual Results:
frozen monodevelop

Expected Results:
return to monodevelop or display an error message ?

How often does this happen? 
every time
