Description of Problem:
Iconify of Solution,Files,Help, and Classes doesn't remember size when
de-iconified

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open a solution
2. hit the inconify [<]  button on either the  Solution,Files,Help,or
Classes box in the project explorer and then click on the icon to de-iconify it


Actual Results:
it doesn't remember the size it was before it was iconified so you have to
resize it again to read stuff

Expected Results:
for it to remember the size.

How often does this happen? 
every time

Additional Information:

it's a little random when this happens, but if you keep going through
the 4 you will see the bug.

hehe, maybe i should wait until i get ALL of the info before filling a
bug.  also, when you get down to the last item the tabs dissapear.  i
believe you just fixed a cosmetic bug like this for the text editor
because i popular vote :)  i think it applies here also.

This wont be fixed like that other bug. When you undock the second to
last item in a docking notebook, the control is taken out of the
notebook, which the the proper way to do it. These dock items are
completely moveable, and all of them always having a tab is just not
going to happen.
