---- Reported by philc@philisoft.com 2004-07-17 18:43:41 MST ----

Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
When trying to open file that's in the project but does not reside on disk,
MD crashes.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open MD, create a new empty solution.
2. Add an empty c# file to it.
3. Close the file in the editor.
4. Delete it from disk.
5. Try and open it in MD by double clicking on it in the solution explorer.

Actual Results:
Dialog shows up indicating an error, but then the MD IDE freezes/stops
drawing. No exception is dumped to the CLI.

Expected Results:
Dialog shows up indicating an error, and MD continues to function.

How often does this happen?
Always.

Additional Information:
Running MD 0.5

FYI it also happens when trying to open a file via the regular file
selector -- click on file open, input a file name that doesn't exist,
MD will show a "file not found" error message and subsequently crash.

Also happens when clicking "Open" without selecting a file in the file
selector
