Monodoc browser should support zoom, to allow a more confortable reading of
the documentation without having to change the font of the UI.

This patch implements it:
  - Adds three menuitems (zoom in, out and reset).
  - Allows zoom with the mouse wheel and the control key, like Galeon and
OpenOffice.

May I commit it?

This is nice, but it only zooming in certain parts of the text,
I can not understand why the other parts are not zooming in.

Maybe some things are using absolute sizes (eg, they are specified in
terms of pixels)?

Zoom is now part of Monodoc.
