While trying to debug MonoDevelop, it starts ok, it load the splash and at
end where the splash should go away mdb prints this:

... "New process @4
Entering VB.NET parser
Reading
/home/alex/.config/MonoDevelop/CodeCompletionData/mscorlib_1.0.5000.0_b77a5c561934e089.pidb
Creating DefaultWorkbench

(MonoDevelop:28815): Gtk-WARNING **: Error loading icon: Failed to open
file '/home/alex/mono.commit/data/resources/icons/Icons.SharpDevelopIcon':
No such file or directory"

>> Process @4 received signal 33 at #0: 0x450eb7a2 in +0x3ab6d162.
>> 0x450eb7a2 ret

No pront is given. Since MD doesn't look to continue to load, I press
control+c and it gives me this:

>> Process @3 stopped at #0: 0x450eb7a2 in +0x3ab6d162.
>> 0x450eb7a2 ret

Doing continue doesn't work, since I press control+c again and it is always
at that "ret".
