Description of Problem:
The solution bar, class browser and others do not retain the correct size
when they have been iconified

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set the size of the solution bar, or other.
2. Iconify the bar
3. Restore the bar
4. Observe difference in size

Actual Results:
The bar is restored at a very small width.

Expected Results:
The bar should restore to the width it was at before.

How often does this happen? 
Everytime.

Just found that is pretty much the same as 58769.
