Currently on HEAD (before lluis's major System.Configuration change and after) xsp2 is failing:

with:

Server error in '/' application

Cannot find 'web'.

Description: Error processing request.
Error Message: HTTP 404. Cannot find 'web'.

junglist:~/$ ls web/index.aspx
-rw-r--r--   1 plasma  plasma  526 Jun 13 18:06 web/index.aspx

junglist:~/$ xsp2 --applications /:./web

xsp1 serves the same page fine

Fixed in svn r46006.
