We are running mono 1.1.8.2 on with the iFolder client.  When we try to 
shutdown the iFolder client it hangs and fails to shutdown completely.  

We are not seeing this in the mono 1.1.7.x branch, it has been introduced 
somewhere in the mono 1.1.8.x branch.
