When compiling gecko-sharp 0.6 under cygwin with mono, the gacutil command
doesn't work.

The build doesn't fail, but the assemblies are not copied to the gac.  (The
build probably should fail since the gacutil command fails)

No released version of gecko# 1.x (0.x really) is intented to compile
(nor will it even compile) on Cygwin 1.x without patches I never
publicly released that just went straight into Gecko# 2.0.
