Description of Problem:

Sometimes iconified dockitems, when clicked get docked into the "Documents"
dock, i.e. the notebook widget.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open md with 2 pads docked on the left
2. iconify both
3. click on the first pad i.e. the one on the top of the dockbar. Note: if
you click on the second one it does not happen.

Actual Results:

The pad docks into the "documents" dock (the notebok), as if it were a
document. From now on, even other iconified pads, when clicked, will behave
this way.

Expected Results:

iconified pad, when clicked, become a floating dock, as usual. 

How often does this happen? 

Always. 

Additional Information:

Head and MD 0.9 as well.
