Windows 2k3 SIGSEGV SuspendThread

Description of Problem: Running XSP on Microsoft Windows 2k3 results in SIGSEGV. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Run XSP on Windows 2k3 2. Visit page in any browser 3. The error happens to me on Microsoft Windows XP, and Microsoft Windows Server 2k3 Standard. After popup appears, the memory starts leaking a little at a time until all the memory is used up, and then another popup comes up. Only for the customers I shall submit patches.
