Description of Problem:
Seems like due to faulty translation (or not copying tags properly) to
Turkish languages, new file templates of monodevelop shows a string at top
like:
// created on 11.07.2006 at ${Time



Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new document
2. Look at the document content.
3. 

Actual Results:
// created on 11.07.2006 at ${Time

Expected Results:
// created on 11.07.2006 at 12:21

How often does this happen? 
Everytime

Additional Information:
It's from Turkish translation.
