Description of Problem:

Currently Informations about Method Parameters are only Displayed before
actually writing the code to call the Method. They should be displayed
after the Methods opening brackets are typed (like in visual studio)


Steps to reproduce the problem:
   Type: Console.Out.WriteLine( "blabla" );
   The Information about the WriteLine Method are displayed after you've
typed "Console.Out.W", but should be after "WriteLine(" is typed.

Actual Results:
Information is displayed at the wrong character position

Expected Results:
Information displayed where it's needed

How often does this happen? 
Always
