Unable to download new version

When I go to the download area for 1.2.3.1 at http://www.go-mono.com/archive/1.2.3.1/ there is a link to download the new version as follows: Download and installation. (http://www.go- mono.com/archive/1.2.3.1/#install) When I click on the link, nothing happens ! Under that section, there is a link "available from our web site from the 'download' section." That link takes you to our main download site. Unknown bug field "cf_op_sys_details" encountered while moving bug <cf_op_sys_details>XP Pro</cf_op_sys_details> Unknown operating system unknown. Setting to default OS "Other".
