Description of Problem:

I keep a parallel mono environment in /opt/mono/run. Currently it has the
following things installed: mono, gtk-sharp, mono-tools, monodoc,
gtksourceview-sharp, gtkmozembed-sharp, gnome-sharp and monodevelop.
However, if I try to run monodevelop I get the following error:

Monodevelop doesn't really crash, but I have no toolbars at the top. They
are all marked as "show" by the view menu and I can see a border of a
button at the very left side of the screen and I'm able to press that
button which opens de "Open file" dialog.

I've tried to reinstall everything, but the problem is still there.
