Description of Problem: The mkinstalldirs file contains CRLF line separators.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Explore the file HEAD version contents 

Actual Results: make crashes in cygwin, reporting '\r' to be unexpected command

Expected Results: successful build :)

How often does this happen? Always


Additional Information: after converting the file to UNIX format build
(sometimes :) succeeds

Any file will contain CRLF separators based on your machine + SVN
clients settings.

OK, sorry, you're right. But this one was the only to crash build
process. After converting it to UNIX format build succeeded.
