Description of Problem:
When you try to run the NGallery ASP.Net demo in the mono VMWare image, an
 ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown (see below).


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download the mono VMWare image from here:
   http://www.mono-project.com/Downloads
2. Remove the mod_mono rpm
3. Upgrade to mono 1.2.5p4 from here:
   http://mono.ximian.com/monobuild/preview/download-preview/suse-102-i586/
4. Manually install the mod_mono rpm from 1.2.5p4
5. Move the mod_mono.conf into place
    mv /etc/apache2/mod_mono.conf /etc/apache2/conf.d
6. Reboot the VM
7. Open localhost in a web browser on the VM
8. Click on "NGallery"
9. Click on "The Mono Album"
10. Notice the exception below is printed.


Actual Results:
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index is less than 0 or more than or
equal to the list count.

NGallery has been dropped from the VMWare image
