Description of Problem:

When you add a new configuration to a project the configuration selector
combobox in the toolbar does not display the new configuration.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new project.
2. Add a new configuration via the project options panel.
3. try to set the active configuration the the newly created configuration
through the configuration selector combobox in the IDE toolbar.

Actual Results:
The new configuration is nowhere to be found.


Expected Results:
The new configuration should be there.


How often does this happen? 
Always.

The configuration selector doesn't select the configuration of the
project - it selects the configuration of the combine.

When adding a new configuration to the combine the combobox updates
the configuration. But I must admit that this is not very intentional
to the users.
