Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. File -> New Project.
2. C# -> ASP.NET

Actual Results:

See the attached image.

Expected Results:

A working ASP.NET project.

If this is what I suspect it is, I think it's fixed in SVN. However,
since it was never universally reproducible, could you please check
that MD SVN works for you?

It was a regression in MD core as the result of ongoing refactoring (I think) that only manifested for ASP.NET projects since they're the only templates that use certain features of the templating system. It seemed to be fixed post-0.15. If you're still seeing it in 0.16, I'll need some help tracking it down.
